The Up In Future model grows from this understanding: stable project leadership supported by specialists who join according to each project's needs. This enables us to assemble the right team and bring the appropriate level of specialisation to every area.

Matteo Lazzarin

Matteo Lazzarin founded Up In Future and leads its projects, coordinating people, expertise and technology.

With both a diploma and a degree in computer science, he has worked in the industry since 2013 and contributed to more than 50 projects for small, medium-sized and large companies. Over the years, he has developed experience across strategy, marketing, usability, development, infrastructure and automation.

His approach is grounded in curiosity, continuous experimentation and the ability to make even the most complex concepts understandable.

He loves pushing technology to its limits to understand its possibilities and constraints, and teaching new methods to colleagues and collaborators.

A flexible structure does not mean fragmented work. Up In Future draws on a network of professionals with specialised expertise, built over the years, and coordinates them through shared goals, methods and tools.

Every collaboration begins with the needs of the project. The client retains a single point of contact while the team expands wherever necessary.
